Terms of Service

Effective date: October 12, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Helpmewin.win LLC ("Helpmewin," "we," "us"), the operator of helpmewin.win (the "Site"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

Please read Section 15 carefully. It contains a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affect how disputes with Helpmewin are resolved. You can opt out within 30 days.

1. What Helpmewin is — and what it isn't

Helpmewin is a members-only board for anything video-game related. Members post requests ("Bounties") — for example, help beating a level, finding or reproducing a bug, building or fixing a mod, coaching, or other game-related work — and other members comment on them and apply to take them on; the poster chooses which applicant gets the contract ("claims" it).

Helpmewin is a venue only. We provide the board; we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any Bounty. In particular:

Because Helpmewin offers no payment protection, you deal with other members at your own risk. Use your judgment, agree on terms clearly before starting, and consider payment methods that offer buyer or seller protection. If you think someone is running a scam, report it (see Section 8).

2. Eligibility and accounts

3. Membership, billing, and cancellation

4. Your responsibilities when posting or taking a Bounty

If you post a Bounty, you are responsible for:

If you claim or complete a Bounty, you are responsible for:

Members are solely responsible for any taxes on money they receive, and for complying with any laws that apply to work they perform or pay for.

5. Games, publishers, and third-party rules

Helpmewin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer, publisher, or platform. Game names, cover art, and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. Game information and cover art are provided by IGDB.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, end-user license agreements, and community rules of every game and platform involved in a Bounty. Some games prohibit things like account sharing, paid boosting, or certain mods, and may penalize or ban accounts for them. Helpmewin is not responsible for any action a game publisher or platform takes against your account, items, or progress.

6. Bug bounties, exploits, and mods

6A. Dev Projects and creator tokens

Dev Projects lets verified creators share game projects they're building, along with a Solana token they say they created or control. Project pages, their charts, and approved creator updates can be viewed by anyone; listing a project, posting updates, and reporting require an active membership.

7. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Site to post, request, offer, or do any of the following:

8. Moderation, reporting, and enforcement

Use the Report button on any post or comment to flag it. We may, but are not obligated to, review content. We may remove content, and warn, suspend, or permanently ban any account, at our discretion, for any violation of these Terms or behavior we believe harms other members or the Site. A suspended or banned account loses access to members features even if its membership is paid up, and is not entitled to a refund. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement.

9. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you grant Helpmewin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and reproduce your content solely to operate and improve the Site. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in backups, for legal reasons, or where others have already relied on it (for example, comments on someone else's Bounty). You promise you have the rights needed to post your content. We are not responsible for content posted by members.

Bounties expire. Each Bounty, together with its comments, is automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after it is posted, whatever its status. Save anything you need — including any arrangement you've made with another member — before then. A Bounty's poster may also delete it, with its comments, at any time — including after another member has taken the contract (that member is notified on the Site). We may keep a Bounty longer, and its poster can't delete it, while a report about it is under review.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at bigboss@helpmewin.win including: your contact information; the work you claim is infringed; the URL of the infringing material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers' accounts where appropriate.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY BOUNTY WILL BE COMPLETED, OR THAT ANY MEMBER WILL PAY, PERFORM, OR BEHAVE AS PROMISED. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION ABOUT ANY DEV PROJECT, CREATOR, OR TOKEN, OR ABOUT THE ACCURACY OF ANY PRICE OR MARKET DATA SHOWN ON THE SITE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELPMEWIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GAME ACCOUNTS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM DEALINGS BETWEEN MEMBERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Release and indemnity

Because we aren't involved in arrangements between members, you release Helpmewin from any claims arising out of disputes with other members. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."

You agree to defend and indemnify Helpmewin against any third-party claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Site, your dealings with other members, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right (including a game's terms).

14. Termination

You may stop using the Site and cancel your membership at any time. To delete your account, email bigboss@helpmewin.win. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in Section 8, or if we discontinue the Site. Sections 1, 4–7 (including 6A), and 9–16 survive termination.

15. Disputes with Helpmewin; arbitration

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, email bigboss@helpmewin.win describing the dispute and give us 60 days to try to resolve it informally.

Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it informally, you and Helpmewin agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration will take place in Wake County, North Carolina, or by video or written submissions if the arbitrator allows. Fees are allocated as the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules provide. This agreement to arbitrate is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, to the extent not inconsistent with it, the North Carolina Revised Uniform Arbitration Act (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 1-569.1 et seq.).

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court (in North Carolina, magistrate's court) if it qualifies, and either party may ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement of intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to the Site.

Individual claims only. Claims may only be brought on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing bigboss@helpmewin.win with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these Terms.

Severability. If any part of this Section 15 is found unenforceable, that part will be severed and the rest of this Section will still apply — except that if the "Individual claims only" paragraph is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim will proceed in court (not arbitration), and only after all individual claims are arbitrated. If you opt out, or if this Section is found entirely unenforceable, disputes will be resolved in the courts described in Section 16.
